We are trying to identify what year it is. We thought it was a 36 but it has the lower part of the cyls. exposed.The casting number is 337591-5 C19-5. The stamped no. is M4990527. It has a Carter W-1 carb. Can anyone ID it for us. George

Could the casting number be 837591 instead of 337591?
That (837591) would be a 1935 block casting code.
As you most likely know, C19-5 could mean:
C = March
18 = 18th day
5 = 1935 or 1945
The above information is a guess.
