Have been trying to find a tan leather lace steering wheel cover for an 18 inch wheel on my Thriftmaster.

All I can find so far are covers that are black. Thought a tan used to be available through Truckline.

Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

im in the same boat as you. i couldnt find any over the counter wheels cover in any color or texture for my 40. if you found a black one where did you see them? id prefer to see one in the flesh to ensure it will fit before i purchase it.

the problem with mine is all the finish is worn off. any type of moisture and my hands end up being black which then so does my pants.

A couple of sources.

I believe I saw a black one on the LMC part site.

Truckline Sport Grip has an 18 inch leather lace cover but only in black for now. They are no longer producing the tan or gray one. Trying to find a retailer that may have an old tan or gray one in stock.

No problem finding a cover in smaller sizes but for us with vintage trucks that doesn't solve the problem.

Hope this helps.

Make one, not difficult. Search Joy, she's a forum moderator, she made one for her wheel, posted the process here.

Wheelskins home page is here. http://www.wheelskins.com/index.php
They are marketed by many vendors, in fact you could become a Wheelskin dealer and just have them dropshipped from their factory.

Found a possible solution to my need.

The Iowa 80 store sells a 20 inch tan leather lace steering wheel cover for 6.99. Bought that. Will cut to fit.
