Seems the 2nd gear sensor was stuck down. but after changing it it still won't shift. My pcm is being looked at again to make sure is not at fault. The pcm won't react to brake signal to unlock the tcc, so I think the pcm isn't telling the trans what to do. But until I hear back from them I can't do a thing. Just sit and look at it.

Now the truck shifts perfect and the truck is offically on the road after 3 long yrs.
not quite finished, but enough to enjoy it.
