I looked every where but could not find the oil filter. Where is it located. I changed the oil filter in other chevy sixs before but i not on a 216.

Like PapaJ said, these were an accessory, so depending who was working that day a the Chevy service dept, it could be almost anyplace on or near the motor. Best of luck
