Anyone ever make a tilt front end here?

I'm talking about the whole front end tilting up (hood, fenders, front grill, lights, etc) so you can have easy access to the engine.

I've searched, but no luck so far...

they make a fiberglass front end and a kit some where I seen, cant remember the site
