You might want to indicate the year of the 3/4 ton panel.
There was no 3/4 panel in 1949.
There was a 1/2 ton panel and a 1 ton panel in 1949.

Both my '51 pickup and my '49 half ton panel have the original frames with Nova clips... But with 4WD, an S-10 is probably the way to go...
