picked up this Green Giant yesterday, a B4000 GMC of 62 vintage but havnt been able to find a whole lot of info on them. it sports a 305C v-6, 4spd with 2 speed rear.engine sounds good and the old Brown Mfg. alum. box is in really good shape for its age, i just gotta come up with a rear door, and a good Cheap source for some tires. so whatta ya think guys and gals. p.s. i really got her on the cheap too, always a plus.

Nice Truck. Looks pretty much original. You might find some old school bus tires for a pretty good price. Make sure the wheels aren't "Widow Makers" tho.

Looks to be in pretty good shape. Any trailer supplier such as Wabash or Utility can supply you with a door. If its a roll door, figure on about $1OOO for a drop in. If its swinging door, you can get the parts for about half that.

There was a set of 6 8:25x20 tires described as very good in last Thursdays Trader, the yellow one. Go online and see if it's still there.

Where in MO are you located? I'm in West Plains
