I see one in the Carter catalog, an original with the seat riser, or a flat version. I also came accross the Car Parts Discount website, and they have one pushing a thicker steel. Any feedback?

Is it that bad you need to replace all? If it is have you considered sourcing a decent replacement cab. I have sold/owned lots of these trucks and good cabs are available and a lot less work. I would look at all the options if the floor is that bad how are the cowls and corners they have to be bad too? | | | | | Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 42 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Sep 2009 Posts: 42 | Mine is pretty rusted, the center section within the seat support is like swiss cheese, and then portions around the support as well. There is some rust on the inside of the wheel wells were the fenders meet the body as well.
Off hand, what would be a reasnoble cost for a replacement cab? What do you do for a vin?
