For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 38 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 38 | Good Morning: I am at the point where I found the parts I need out on the east cost, near Boston to be exact. I need to get the parts back to MN but need help with recommendations for a freight outfit that will haul the stuff for a reasonable price. Specifically, it would be the front and rear axles, four wheels, a four cylinder motor and transmission. I have contacted two companies I found at random, but would prefer to hear from somebody who knows the independent trucker who goes out of his way to help guys who work on vintage vehicles. Any contact help would be appreciated. Call and talk to them, you'll get a cheaper quote than with the online form. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 113 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 113 | I'm about 90 miles from Boston, if you need any hands on help out this way. The last part was a complete rear diff. strapped to a pallet. I paid $150 from Texas to Upper NY. Can't beat that!! Steve. | | |
