Another contributor on this board has done it. Try a search of 292 and see what hits you get. I even thought about this swap about a year ago. See here.

You need new motor mount brackets, move the radiator forward a few inches, clutch linkage, throttle linkage, and a bunch of small stuff, but it will be a great engine for your 51. Very Cool!! Lode51, I am still thinking about the same swap. I move pretty slow tho, so you'll probably get yours done before I do. So take and post lots of pictures. Good luck.
