I am about to recondition my 43 GMC electrical wiring and have found the proper cloth wire and loom.
The last part is the connectors. I am looking for flag style, loop type.for many of the terminal connections.
I found one size, for 28-31 Fords (Macs Antique Auto parts) but will need to go down to 8ga wire, they only list a single terminal size for 10-16ga.
Anyone know of a source of these buggers?

The ones on the older harneses are 'loop type'. The wire is held on by two metal tabs, not one large one.
The ones from that catalog can be found 50/$3. The loop type are $.50 each.

This is where I ordered my braided wire from. Their terminals are wrong WRT my 43 GMC. Evidently the loop type flags have been superseded by the 'butt' type. I am going to try and get some of the butt type and see if I can mill the crimp type with a slot to get the proper look. Since these are stamped parts, getting a custom job done for a few dozen wold be way to much money. Plus you would need about 4-6 different sizes to cover the hole and wire gauge size.
