| | | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 | Vendors sell in kits ,bed bolt kit,fender bolt kit,etc. If you can get a assembly manual I don't know if they sell them for GMC but I would think that chevy and GMC used the same bolts that would help You see where the bolts go and I think there is a cross ref. to find out what the assembly no's mean,what size the bolts are and what would go on first.

These sell as originals or reproductions from vendors and on EBay. I am finishing a ground up rstoration on a 1950 and you will be referencing several hundred individual pieces it may be easier to go the route suggested and buy the bed bolts, front end bolts, Interior screw sets etc. In the long run cheaper and easier on the eyes it can be laborious going through the books and x-referencing these items. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 | Look up any forum response by "LAROKE".
