I purchased a 1952 Chev. 1/2 ton this spring, and finally drove it into my shop to start working on it today. It needs some body work and new paint and interior. It already has 5 bolt hubs, open driveshaft, muncie 4 speed,10 bolt rear end,12 volt system and a rebuilt six banger. Picked it up for $800 and drove it home. I'm looking forward to gettingf started.

Hi Shifty,Welcome to the 'bolt.
$800 and you could drive it, sounds like a 'steal'.
We look forward to seeing some pics.

Welcome lil shifty, hopefully you have a heated shop, seeing as you are in Alberta and it's January.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
