The blocks and bolts are set in the rear of the cab, but there is something missing between the frame and the long bolts. Can anybody tell me what goes there. Picture if possible. Thanks..gp

I think after your place the bolt thru the cab/block/frame there is supposed to be a spring before you put on the washer and nut. I boxed my frame so i didnt use the spring. I may be wrong but I think it was to allow a little cab movement. Hopefully somebody that has done a restoration will pipe up. I went the hotrod route.

There are 3 bolts on each side of the cab. The front one just has a thin rubber pad between the cab and frame. The next one back has a rubber pad and a wood block. At the back behind the seat is where the third one is located. It has a rubber pad, wood block and a spring in side the cab.
You might check the tech tips. I've seen a drawing of how all this goes together somewhere.

I looked at it the other day and I know it has springs inside the cab and blocks of wood on top of the frame. Let me know and I'll get you the pictures. Dave

I ended up using wood blocks with plastic shims on the back, and just shims on the front side. Also, if you are wanting to add seat belts, now is the time to drill the floor for mounts. | | |
