This is Sam Thompson Salem ILL. This Truck started life as a Civil Defense truck then a local fire dept used it for a dive rescue truck then they sold it and that is when I started chasing it. It took me 6 years to find it, it was running and everything worked except the brakes so I bought it and got it home. I work cross country Pipeline and only get to work on it when I am home from a job. I hunted for parts for about 4 years before I even started working on it as you know panels are the hardest to work on because from the drivers door back you can't find parts. So hense the long time to get it back on the road. Well as I am posting this I am installing the New glass in the doors all that is lacking is the exhaust and that goes in next week then it on the road. I hope!! Sam T. Well my wrench turnning is better than my computer skills I can go to Photo bucket and get to my PICS but I can't make them link to this page What the F--- Over!

Are you using the " Quick Reply " ? If so switch to the " Switch to Full Reply Screen "

To create a link use the button " create a link to a webpage " the button next to the " Smiles "

Click the button and Enter the complete URL for the link you wish to add... Just copy and past it in the box... Click the OK button and the next screen " Now enter the title of the webpage you are linking to " will appear... Give it a name and click OK and your done...

Well
I think I will stick to Welding and turnning wrenches because even after all the help from the guys on this site I still can't link my Pics to this site. If you want to see them go to photobucket and look for 58 Napco and you will find my truck ( The White one ) And if any one can make the link work you have my permision Sam T

Hi Sam, firstly welcome.
Is this your truck?
If so it's a sweet ride!
Here's another shot.

Thanks for retreving my PICS I still do not know how to post them on Stove bolt. The Yellow panel and the white panel are mine. The Yellow panel picture is the day I got her home and the White one is the same truck 5 years later. Monday the 18th of Jan she goes to the Muffler shop for a new exaust and then it on the road. Thanks for your help Sam T
