I believe you would have to custom make something. My way of dealing with it is to put a protective coating on there. Something that would protect the metal while still looking original.

There is an inner fender, outer fender, and then I have a "fender" that goes between the two. Perhaps your front fenders don't have them installed. Is this the case?
