Or at least not from the factory. Some guys will drill and tap the crank to take one, though. Otherwise, it's just a press fit.

I just put mine back on this afternoon using an 8 inch block of 2x4 and a sledge hammer and it slid right on. Just make sure you place that 2x4 on the Harmonic, don't want to risk tweaking it.
