I got this truck in May and have not had much luck trying to post it I really am not too good on computers. Hopefully everything comes thru. 76000 0riginal miles, it runs, the brakes seem to be good hardly no rot only a very small hole in one cab corner.Original motor I presume,4 speed, 2 speed rear which is not operating at this point got to figure that out.This truck is very solid.I really think I am going to restore this (although I am into hot rods) and am going to try to to keep it as stock as I can.I have always wanted a cab over and this one I have really taken a huge liking to.

wow, nice truck! Good Luck with the restoring it. I was always partial to those cab overs!

That's a real nice COE you've got yourself.
Have a look in the Big Bolt section,the guys there will soon hook you up with all the info to get the 2-speed working again.

I think you're right about restoring it,it's too nice to mess about with.
It would make a cool hot rod hauler though.......

thanks guys I really do like this truck alot.It has a few small issues but thats what its all about.Yeah it would make a great hot rod hauler but I have 2- 47 chev pickups that are hotrods(i will post these soon it just takes me a while to figure it all out)and I thought that I would keep this as close to stock as possible.I have been reading the big bolt forum and it is hard to believe how much knowledge and info that everybody has and how incredibly helpful that everybody is.This web site is the best thing for us chevy truck owners.

GREAT looking truck. Ya gotta love the COEs. I got one and was addicted since then. Whenever I'm not on stovebolt for long periods of time, it is likely that my wife has had me committed. I weigh in on the side of keeping it original. It looks pretty neat as it is to me...but then again, it would look nice restored.

Looks like you have a great original truck there. Seems that in every Hot Rodder there lurks a restorer LOL. I bought a COE cab only last year and am in the process of building a Hot Rod hauler using an '83 Duallie as a donor. Check out the progress on my webshots site.
