From Willy :

Hi Guys!

Well at last with some help from a fellow Bolter Mike "burgandybolt" Allen, I finally found and bought my first BIGBOLT -- a 1948 Chevrolet COE cab. I also found and bought a 1983 Fire truck dually with only 20k on the odometer and will use it as the donor chassis for my COE Cab. Here is another pic of the cab.

I am flying over to the US on March 26th to put my little gems into a shipping container with help from Mike and his lovely partner Suzanne. They are making the trip down from Canada to help me out and take in the Goodguys get together in Pleasanton as well.

I am really looking forward to meeting Mike and Suzanne in person after email and phone contact over the last year or so.

Now the next task would be to talk them into a trip Downunder to attend an event or two next southern summer.

Willy

Lucky for you to make find a Big Bolt, make the trip, and get to meet the famous Welcome Panel Wagon Mike Allen! I'm sure you will have a blast. Willy also has a 1959 Chevy Apache in the Gallery! And a "timeless" caravan. ~ Editor
