I was also able to save the pdf file itself by clicking on 'save a copy' on the pdf toolbar.
Do you have the most current version of the free 'adobe reader'?
I saved the link in Explorer before posting here and then 'save a copy' of the pdf file incase they take the pdf down, and had no problem with that either.
