I have a 4 blade fan on the truck right now,and came across a 6 blade fan in my garage.The blades are aluminium.My question is,would i gain any better cooling of the motor,its running fine with what i have.The motor is a 350,automatic.your thoughts please.

I thought I remembered someone saying their truck had cooling issues after they went to more blades. Idunno ohwell

I would leave good enough alone if it is working. You might be creating new issues if you change them.
That is my thoughts for what they are worth

yes, the aluminum 6-blade will push more air than a 4-blade if the air foil is the same or a better design than the air foil on the 4-blade. It will also generate a higher pitched noise (fan noise is related to number of blades, rpm and diameter,)

Plus, it will take more horse power to spin a six blade!
