Shop manuals.

I see them available at a bunch of places, but I want to purchase them from a company that supports the site or that someone elese has dealt with so I know I'll get the right stuff.

Who do you guys/girls recommend?

go to jim carter. I make items for him and also, use him for parts. This guy will bend over backwards just to locate hard to find parts and if he can not find them. and A group of guys are looking for the same part he will have them made. He did this for my 55 V8 GMC the V8 logos are not made by anyone and he had a mold made and had cast and chromed a few sets. They are sold out now but, that is an example of what kind of guy he is. He will have shop manuals but there is NO one that I know re making the COE manual. You will need to use the half ton book as that is the only one they make for now.

you might try picking up a hemmings motor news numerous litature vendors listed. You may want to try several vendors as prices vary from 20 to fifty dollars. Some may be original others reprints.

What year? I got mine off of ebay, and it was an original in excellent shape.

I also like Jim Carter, and The Filling Station. Jim Carter has a sale on right now of 10% off. Use code EM1109. The sale ends November 30.
