I don't have new seals on bottom of door's of my 52 to make a gestimate and see where they strike rocker panel. My doors are nice and level with rocker and have right gaps front and back. Should bottom of door be even with bottom of rocker or hang below just a bit? I understand there is probably not an exact measurement here and this might vary from truck to truck. Thanks in advance.

If your doors have a good gap along the top, front and rear and align with the beltline the position in relation to the sill or rocker panel is good. I believe there are pictures of where to install the bottom seals in the Factory Assembly Manual.

Nowadays there is a spec. for gaps between doors, hoods, fenders, quater panels; usually just a few MMs. BAck then I beleaive it was "an equal-distance" all around, which is what everybody uses anyway.
