I saw a couple at the wrecking yard but have no idea what vehicle they were from.
Also, there was no clamp on the bottom. How would these attach to a single barrel carb? | | |

The one on the upper right was the most common. In '54 there was a clamp at the base of the air cleaner. In later years (I do not know exactly which year) there was a post coming up from the throat of the carburetor - this post went through the top/cap of air cleaner. Tim | | |

I'm thinkin' I may go buy the parts I saw, and then cut them apart and put a more modern element in between the top & bottom. I'm guessing I'd need one that is 8-9" across and 3-4" tall. | | |
