I just took of my muffler as some of you may know,and by the way it sounds great kinda like a V8 but better, just the way i like it! but anyways my question is now since I can hear the pipes I found out it sputters in 4th maybe in third to but I cant hear it.The only time I really notice it is when im going about 50 or 55 mph down the road.
ANY SOLUTIONS? | | |

Might be worth giving it a set of wires and plugs,maybe points and condensor too,or at least check your settings,points gap,timing,etc.

I think its about time for new wires anyways. I have never changed them. I just Got through putting new plugs points condeser oil and filter. I have never really messed with the timing and dont know how but I can always look in the old shop manual. | | |
