The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot '60-'66 Trucks Aftermarket "beaded window seals" problem

Just installed the beaded window seals on the doors of my 64 C30, and now the windows won't roll all the way up. Made sure the clips were popped all the way in, etc., but that channel at the base of the glass will no longer pass by the window seals........I'm tempted to take one side out, and try it that way. Anyone else encounter this before?

The curved part of the seal has to slide in on each side of the weatherstrip on the door latch end... before it gets snapped in.

The big weatherstrip around the door frame also gets REALLY tight down inside the door itself. I had to take a small closed box end wrench and use it to push the weatherstrip farther into the frame.
