The one that I plan on orderning should go from the bottom of the firewall pad to the gas tank. If you have the tank in the cab.

Here is where I plan to get mine from:

Looks like all the places I've seen thus far only go to the bottom of the firewall pad and I was hoping to find a carpet that goes higher up the firewall. One more quick question then.... check out the pic in the link, is this a high hump or low hump?

The one in the photo is a high hump. The low hump drops near the front of the removable pan, and has a more rounded profile much closer to the floor.

mad max, mine is a 64 high hump, should be about the same as yours. I also received mine from stock interiors as listed above and couldn't be happier. It fit great and the price was great.
Find attached a link to my photo bucket that shows how high up mine went. This was after I trimmed just a bit across the top edge.
I still have a ways to go but it is getting there.

Nope, they're in the correct order. After watching the movie Twilight for the third time at the theater (saw it 8 times in total) My wife says she really likes Bellas truck (the lead character) So.... I said "well, I built my mad max replica....why not build a replica of Bellas truck?" 3 weeks later we bought a truck from Virginia Beach and started the conversion. We had the pleasure of staying with the family that bought one of the actual movie trucks this past summer so I was able to get tons of reference pics(and go for a cruise). I'm shooting for an extremely accurate replica...keep in mind the paint fade, rust etc was all painted on afterwards. The real truck is in pretty decent shape and if my wife ever decides to sell hers it would take nothing more than some wet sanding and buffing. It's at the bodyshop now and should be ready for paint beginning of next week.

LMC and Carter's carry them. They are similar but NOT identical to the factory mats. Close enough though.

PS. Don't forget the pad underneath. Better yet, save your original one if you can.
