Just picked up a 1951 AD ( Old Navy truck )

WOW its rough. But its mine it also runs drives and stops, been busy all day with a few things. The rear shakles are worn out to the point that i'm suprised they didnt break on the trailer coming home.

Strated to rebuild the drivers side window felt ect.

Anyways, My name is Tommy I live in Kentucky. I have 4 kids and a loving wife.
Been messing with motorcylces my whole life and thought I would dabble in the Truck side of things.

So I gave up a 12 year relationship with a 1950 Harley to work my way towards this truck.

Welcome junkbike, Those Old Navy trucks have a reputation for having the cutting torch treatment. Hopefully yours ain't butchered too badly. Good luck.

Good for you junkbike. I found the HARD way that 4 wheels are better than two and I still have the scars to prove it!!!

You will enjoy the old trucka and folks around here are nice about helping out. See ya around the garage!

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

So far it seams to just be full of bondo, the body is a good 10 footer so I'm leaving it alone for now
