i would like to replace my 8lug drums with disc brakes where do i go to find the bolt on kits to do this i only see kits for 5 lugs thanks for your help

I assume by your handle and the fact that they're 8 lug drums that you're talking about a '52 3/4 ton.

AFAIK, there aren't any 3/4 ton Huck to Disc kits. Anyone who has done it has fabbed their own stuff from parts off of another truck (or trucks).

Though, if the rear drums are in any kind of shape, I might be convinced to buy them off of you.

I had the same problem. I wanted to improve brakes but not loose my 1 ton rating. I went with brakes from www.praisedynobrake.com They work very well.

They make kevlar brake shoes that will improve the old drums and give them more power.
