Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 33 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 33 | I found some fenders from a big bolt Advance Design GMC, will they work on my 47 Chevrolet or are they different?
If it's old and rusted out.... Well it's probably mine. Then the other problem would be IF they are 1.5 ton or larger, the fenders & hood from those trucks are larger, wider & longer then the 1/2 ton to 1 ton trucks...Joe

The hood, fenders, inner fender wells, radiator core support, "EVERTHING" has to be used...Joe | | | | | Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 33 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 33 | I'm not sure if I'm understanding right. What I'm getting out of it is that if I use the fenders I can't use the grill, hood or other chevrolet parts like the hood latch pan, and would have to use the GMC hood, grill, inner fenders and latch pan. My truck is an advance design Chevrolet loadmaster 2 ton 6400 model, I'm just trying to make sure I've got it right. Thanks Kevin

After rereading your post I see you want to use "just" the fenders. The simple answer to that is still "YES".. Sorry for the confusion on my part ...Joe | | | | | Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 33 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 33 | It happens man, I appreciate the info, Kevin
