Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 4 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 4 | I have been trying to ID a GM 10 bolt rear end I have. The numbers stamped in the axle tube are: 7FHO 236 The casting number on the center housing are b555771. I would like to use this axle in my 52 if it's a 8.5" 10 bolt but I don't think it is. Any help identifying this rear axle it greatly appreciated. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy 52 Rat, a picture would be great, how many axle studs does it have, how many bolts hold the cover on, and what shape is it? | | | | | Joined: May 2002 Posts: 155 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2002 Posts: 155 | What did it come out of??? I can't find any reference to either of those numbers in my parts or interchange books...
