I have a 1954 chevy 3100 with a 235 engine. I bought a new 4bbl intake manifold and am going to be putting a holley 390 on it for the carb. what is needed to setup for the throttle linkage? i know many people have this setup and was wondering how to set it up. thanks

You might try doing a search on this. Topic's been covered a few times.
I'd be happy to send you pics of how I modified my stock linkage on 292 if you're interested. It uses the same principle as stock, I just flipped things around so it works horizontally instead of vertically.
