Does anybody have the relationships of the cab mounting points to the radiator support mounting point or can give me a clue where to find it. I though I was all set with my 53 frame on top of the 73 suburban frame, but I think I set my radiator support too high.

Ummm, you mounted your 53 frame on a 73 Burb frame?

In this picture you can see the location of the front cuts on the 53 frame. http://i621.photobucket.com/albums/tt292/53monster/starting%20block/j074-1.jpg What I need is the relationship between the four cab mount holes to the two holes for the radiator support. I am good with the horizontal location, what I need is the vertical difference. If somebody has a frame sitting around, just lay a board on the cab perches and get me a vertical difference to the cross piece of the frame where the radiator sits. I hope I am getting my point across, if I'm not and somebody gets it help in explaining would be appreciated.

I've got a 54 1/2 ton frame and measured with straight edge on top of the rails out to the radiator support cross member. I come up with 4 5/8".

Well I don't have a bare frame but I just checked from the ground up to where the rad mounts to the crossmember and got 14 3/4". Then I measured from the ground to the underside of the front cab mount and got 21.5". In my case the rad mounting point is 6 3/4" lower than the cab mount(on a 1952 1/2 ton). Hope that helps.

Thanks guys, my truck was a 3/4 ton but I don't think the answer would be different because of that. after all it is the dimension that sets the relationship of the front clip to the cab and the body parts are all the same. My best guess from taking measurements on my already cut frame was about 5" so we are narrowing it down.
