I want to install washers on a '62 c-10. It has single speed wipers and did not come with washers. I don't want to use an original NOS set up. I want to have a newer washer pump under the washer bottle and simply push a button to engage the washers. I'll probably get a set up from some modern vehicle at the junk yard.
I don't want to have a seperate button for the washers. Is there a wiper switch similar to the one on the truck now that would also have a push button on it for washers ? I would like to hear from someone who has done this and what they have used. Thanks in advance.

I can't think of any late models that have a switch like that. the washer is usually tied into the signal lever. You might have to go with a vintage switch. you can use almost any washer bottle that has the built in motor though.

You replace the existing wiper switch with one for a 66 that has the washer button in it..this is what I did on my 59 Apache that my daughter now has...
