Since the 4BT Cummins in the step vans seem to be becoming hard to find in cheap donor vehicles, does anyone have experience with the International DT360 used in school buses?

Is that about the same as the ford/IH 6 liter in the pickups?

If so then in comparison to the 4BT the 4BT should win for smaller size, weight, and lack of computer.
I'd probably pay for a good 4BT before using a free ford 6 liter in one of my conversions. Not that the 6 liter is all that bad, just not as attractive when considering the whole package.

These are 5.9 liter inline sixes about the same vintage as the 4BT so it doesn't look like they have electronics. (which I have a real aversion to)

How about size? guessing they are still wider and a little bigger overall than the 4BT?
Are they indirect injected, or direct injected?
Do they have turbos?
