Just got the inside of my '58 painted and when I got it back the dome lamp not working. Found that the shop re-plugged some wired on the headlight switch wrong so I fixed it. Now, when no bulb I have one wire power and the other ground. Once I stick the bulb in I have power to to both wires. What gives? Any help would be appreciated.

I think the white one is + and the orange is ground, but don't hold it to me Bill | | |
