Is there such a thing for a '49 1/2 ton?

Probably not set up as a kit per se but you can order individual pieces them from companies like www.SpeedwayMotors.com and get what you need.

Check out E-bay item #250451077857. The company is Brake Hoses Unlimited out of Holland Michigan. The cost for a set is $75. Don't take this as a recommendation, I just stumbled across it before I read your question.

Check out Summit Racing
They should be able to help. I'd first look at the Russel brand, and if they don't list a kit ask if they actually have one just not listed. And if not then ask if they sell individual hoses with the proper ends.

Ordered this set today. They say that any set of hoses is good for 6 years. Hmmm. Mine are 11 years old.

go here vs ebay. at $20 a piece, much much cheaper than ebay.

I buy all my brake lines from Pegasus. and when I am in the Milwaukee area, I also stop by.

The ones Cosmo ordered on ebay look great.

About 5 years ago I ordered some stainless flex lines from inline tube, they reassured me they could make them just like the originals with the proper ends. I took the time to take notes and even ship them the originals. I then received generic lines of the right length and adapters, some of them wrong...

If someone has lines with the proper ends already crimped on I'd much prefer and recommend them over the universal cobble 'em together yourself lines.

Here it is installed. Comparison with the old flexible line. You can't see from the pictures very well but the new flexible line is double crimped. They were ready to be replaced, both front flex lines had cracks in them. These are used on my year round daily driver and after 11 years it was time to replace them with high quality lines.
