just got a 51 coe 5700 and thought it would be nice to do an engine upgrade when the time comes.I believe a newer style 235 or maybe a 261 will work but what about the updraft carb---I know I cant use a down draft because of clearance problems. Any suggestions
Hy david amerighi, welcome, there are updraft manifolds available for the later engines, they were originally for "P" vans, walk in vans, bread vans, whatever you want to call them, hope that helps.
