I have a 59 chevy apache with a 235 in it, I seen the triple intake the other day that is avaible for it. Is anyone running this set up on there 235. I have many questions about it. I mainly want it for the cool factor. I'm new to all this stuff so I don't know. Can i use the original rochestor carb and get two more. Im going to run the mallory dual point distributor, and the dual headers. Is there anything else I need, or need to be aware of

Carb fitment will be VERY TIGHT on the rear carb. There could/will be issues with getting it to run right. If you can get the clearance, and only want it for cool factor, you could go and run it with a pair of gutless carbs on the ends, mounted over blockoff plates. Basically, it will rn on the center carb, just like stock, and the outer will be just for appearances.

Unless there are major internal engine modifications, and especially running Rochester's, your engine won't run worth a darn. Three is cool, but without other things, it will be hard to walk the walk and talk the talk.

An air cleaner for the rear carb could be a problem, depending what you would like to use. Firewall clearence not on just the the carb, but also the rear air cleaner needs to be considered.
