I see pictures of members painting as many individual parts as possible before assembly and wonder how they protect all those finished surfaces without the chance of a catastrophic miscue. Any neat/inexpensive semi-adhesive coverings to protect painted parts? I had no major catastrophies.

Simple solutions to tricky problems. We should have a small section of these solutions covering the re-assembly process since these are the details that can change an average looking job to "show quality" I.M.H.O.
