Standard issue Chevy item for most every headlight from the mid '50's until round headlights went away.
Spring not available.
Except on Ebay, and in packs of 4{!} and packs of 25 as well. but not one parts store has them on the shelf.

It would seem that spring, or something similar would be on dozens of vehicles!

Just seems if they want to sell the sealed beam bulb, they might consider carrying the hardware as well.
