can anyone tell me if a 62 c60 frame is the same as a 63 c60 frame or how do i tell if there the same

By 62the 34 inch frame was pretty standard. Crossmember spacing might be different, but these frames were not heat treated so they drill easily. Instead of rivets, flange bolts can be used. Hy Perry Dean, according to the parts book 60-62 C60 series frame rails have a different part numbers depending on whether a torsion bar suspension, or a leaf spring suspension was used, But neither of those frame rail part numbers are the same as 63 frame rail part numbers of the same C60 model. So I guess the short answer would be, no 62 and 63 C60 series frames, or their components are not the same, hope that helps, and Keep the rubber side down.

are there any numbers on frames and where would i look for them if there are any
both of these frames look the same to me side by side so im not sure what to look for in differences

Hy Perry Dean, the frame pieces undoubtedly had numbers on them at one time, probably stencilled, rather than stamped, probably worn off or painted over years ago. Perry if you do some comparing and satisfy yourself whether or not they are the same, the part numbers are definately different, I learned very early in my career that part numbers are different for a reason, something about the parts is different, that doesn't mean they cannot be made to be interchageable.
