This is a fantastic idea of a site. Here's my problem; I put a T350 in my 64 where the 3 on a tree was. My speedometer cable is too short to reach the T350. Any ideas or past experiences with this problem? Thanks ahead of time for any replies. Ray

I measured the old speedo cable with some string. Then went to the FLAPS and bought a longer cable.

I don't own a vehicle that isn't old enough to drink. | | | | Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 34 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 34 | Hello Ray, when I put a TH700R-4 in my 1966, I found a correct lenght speedo cable at AutoZone. It was manufactured by a company called Pioneer, and was available in various lengths. You may have to do a little digging, but you should be able to find the length you need, and it wasn't very expensive.

It's better to have it and not need it, then it is to need it and not have it. "Woodrow F. Call"
