I had a problem with this US made pump when I first bought it, the screws holding the top where not long enough and would not seal the rubber gasket. I replaced them with longer screws and problem solved. It is now leaking around the seal again even though the screws are tight. I did not put any lock-tight originally.Can I over-tighten these screws? Anything else that might cause this? Truck was last driven a couple of weeks ago.

It looks like it is working. I was worried that I could over-tighten the screws.
