Anyone making these? I think the last time I needed them McMaster Carr had something similar.

May want to give them a try in your areas.
EDIT: the bolts your referring to are called "flanged bolts".

Get one of their catalogs or check out their on-line catalog to find what you need. They're usually less expensive than the auto supply catalogs too.
