Seems sources of 55-59 parts come and go..Not many carry the hardware-type stuff..Looking for those special bolts with the forged washer like shape. Anyone making these? I think the last time I needed them McMaster Carr had something similar.

Thanks,

Keith

I am constantly amazed at what the local Ace Hardware store has in their bins. May want to give them a try in your areas.

EDIT: the bolts your referring to are called "flanged bolts".

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.

"Google Search; it's out there"

Try your local automotive body shop and paint store, they have bolts and fasteners.

If you have an industrial supply store like Fastenal around close, they have just about any bolt that's ever been made. Get one of their catalogs or check out their on-line catalog to find what you need. They're usually less expensive than the auto supply catalogs too.

Might also try a Marine Supply store - they usually carry a broad assortment of weird stuff.

If all else fails hit the pick & pull or pic a part yards for a sorce of good used bolts. Flange bolts and nuts can be had off several older cars and trucks.
