Posting the pix in the thread will get a much faster responce, as someone who might know what it is can see it quicker.

| | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy boltchaser, that serial number is for a 1962 Chevrolet Schoolbus Chassis with a 243" wheelbase, a GVW of 22000 lbs., and it could have had a 261 inline 6 or 327 V8 for power, it is a Canadian serial number, and the early ones are not readable by the VIN cruncher, hope that helps.

I notice the yellow on most of the front, including the firewall (the tag even note SPCL Paint, School Bus Yellow? ), and also the parts of the cab that are blus don't seem to lline up right or are separating from the rest. Very strange truck.
