One is a 12 volt model (used) and the other is a 6 volt model(new in box) They are made by Trico and I see them every once in a while on eBay. You put this in line with the vacuum going to your wipers or other vacuum accessories. It was an aftermarket kit that was installed to provide vacuum for your wipers when you were working the truck hard like pulling a pass and you had very little vacuum from your engine. It was almost a necessity here.

The double action pump just wasn't strong enough. Sometimes we would run both.
