My guess is that it WAS a 261 engine. Do a search in this forum using the phrase "bypass thermostat" and you will be properly educated.

I guess the water heat for my intake should come off the top fitting and the water temp sensor for my tbi conversion on the bottom fitting as that needs to monitor the temp. Sound right. | | |
