I know someone out there has replaced the rear spring eye bushing for the shackle. I have given up. Is there a secret method?

Hi Tom,
If you do a search you will find some good information on how to do this. One of the most common methods is using a nut and bolt with washers and using the srew action to pull out the bushing. You can also carefully cut a section of the old bushing out, making it easier to remove the rest of the bushing.

I just did mine last week. I used my airhammer they came out.putting them in is something differant.

a ball joint press works pretty good or a vise if it's off the truck .if you got some sockets or round stock cut to length to push it out .
